James Perry Group helps international businesses explore opportunities, develop commercial relationships and establish a presence in the United Kingdom, combining local market knowledge with extensive property and financial-services experience.
James Perry Group grew out of James Perry Estate Agents, a residential sales and lettings business operating in Kent since 2019. Running that business day to day has given us practical knowledge of how UK customers buy, how local markets work and how commercial relationships are built here.
Our leadership also brings more than 20 years in financial services, including investments and insurance. We are now applying that combined experience to a new purpose: helping overseas companies enter and grow in the UK market.
Supporting overseas companies with UK market entry, local commercial representation, business development and ongoing relationship management.
UK market representation →Helping companies identify potential UK customers, distributors, partners and commercial opportunities.
Business partnerships →Drawing on established UK estate agency operations and financial-services experience to provide practical commercial insight.
Our property business →Opening a UK office or hiring a permanent sales team is a large commitment before you know the market. James Perry Group can act as your UK-based commercial point of contact, representing your business locally while you test demand and build relationships.
Every arrangement is tailored to your objectives, timescale and budget, from a defined research project to ongoing representation.
We help overseas companies find, approach and develop relationships with the UK businesses that matter to them: customers, distributors, installers, developers and channel partners.
UK buyers often prefer to deal with someone they can meet, who understands local expectations around procurement, contracts, standards and follow-up. An experienced UK-based partner helps your proposition reach the right people and keeps conversations moving between visits.
Our focus is the built environment and the sectors around it, where our property experience gives us a practical understanding of the market.
For overseas companies exhibiting in London, Birmingham and elsewhere in the UK, the value of a show depends on what happens before and after it. We help turn stand conversations into qualified UK business.
Pre-exhibition planning, UK prospect research and arranging meetings with relevant buyers in advance.
Local stand representation, engaging prospective UK customers, lead qualification and meeting coordination.
Introductions to relevant businesses, post-exhibition lead follow-up and ongoing UK business-development support.
Exhibition representation is available as a standalone service or as part of a longer-term UK market-development partnership.
James Perry Estate Agents is the operational foundation of the group. Since 2019 the business has handled residential property sales, lettings, property marketing, landlord relationships and related property services in Kent.
The group continues to support independent property professionals through the James Perry estate agency network, helping agents develop and grow their own property businesses under an established brand.
James Perry Group began as a Kent estate agency and has grown into a wider commercial group. Our international services are new; the experience behind them is not.
Perry has more than 20 years of experience in financial services, including investments and insurance. In 2019 he founded James Perry Estate Agents in Kent, building the business from the ground up across residential sales, lettings and marketing.
His approach is practical and relationship-led: understanding what a business needs, identifying the right opportunities and building the connections that move them forward. He now leads James Perry Group's work with international companies looking to develop a commercial presence in the UK.
To connect international ambition with UK commercial opportunities through trusted relationships, practical expertise and effective local representation.
